MVS women empowerment programs create a unique opportunity for marginalized women to get the right training, guidance and technical assistance. It explores many aspects of empowering women, teaching them how to drive their lives forward and learn to claim their power through a range of different strategies including self-worth and building self-esteem.

Impact Assessment includes the processes of analysing, monitoring and managing the intended and unintended social consequences, both positive and negative, of planned interventions (policies, programs, plans, projects) and any social change processes invoked by those interventions.
